PRINCE2® Foundation
The PRINCE2® Foundation course is specially meant for those involved in managing projects or parts of projects such as: Programme Managers, General Managers, Project Managers, Team Managers, Project Management Consultants and support staff. The course, as well as the exam, is provided in English. The course consists of a mixture of PRINCE2® theory (processes, components, techniques and their mutual connection) and practice. ITIL® Foundation
The ITIL® Foundation course introduces the concepts of IT Service Management (ITSM) and how to apply the industry standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Support and Service Delivery principles within an IT services driven organization. The course leads to EXIN certification. At the end of this course students will be able to:
- identify the various ITIL® processes that can be implemented in an organization
- identify the benefits of implementing each ITIL® process
- understand the basic concepts related to each ITIL® process
- identify activities and roles involved in each process
- understand the relationship between ITIL® process and other processes
- understand the factors that affect the effectiveness of each ITIL® process
